Don't get me wrong. I love me a good WRX. I bought one new in Summer 2013 and still have it. I paid about $14k after trade-in. That said. Over $40k for under 300hp is just wild to me. This is literally the only reason sales have been poor. The industry has show that even "bad looking" cars will sell if the their price is reasonable. $43-45,000 for 276 is not reasonable. I was waiting for Subaru to release a new STI, but seeing how that isn't happening, and the current WRX is way overpriced,I'll be picking up my new 400hp Nissan Z in a couple months that I paid $46,500 for.
