Most people who think BEVs won't make it are victims of misinformation and lack of imagination.

Just because batteries are X right now and not quite good enough for everything, it doesn't mean they always will be. In fact, Titan anodes from Moses Lake are coming in a year to car batteries soon, expanding by at least 25% range and the new battery already announced will cut costs by thousands.

The future isn't on a schedule and doesn't arrive all at once.

We've been waiting for the 3 row Subaru EV for years. Ive been a Subaru driver my entire life, only recently no trucks. After looking at the competition, no one seems to match Subaru quality until looking at Mercedes, tens of thousands more.

I don't care about if it's built in Japan or Kentucky as we don't qualify for the rebate.

We put up solar to offset 100% + 2 EVs, a commuter for the wife and the family 3 row. Our road trips are basically all the same; crossing the state, so until there are 400mi 3 rows, ALL 3 row EVs require a fill up halfway through.

But I'm hoping it does better than the Solterra, but since charging is free at home, the vast majority of driving will be easily covered by only 200+mi.

I wait with much anticipated.
