My wife and I absolutely love the Ascent. We bought a 2021 and now upgraded to onyx edition 2024 and my wife is in love with this car. Plenty of room for our 3 kids and room for our vacation excursions. Is it perfect? No, but my wife is happy and finally actually washes and keeps it clean lol. I know that she would love to upgrade to a newer model in 3 years or so but if it goes EV, we are out.
I never even driven a Subaru till I test drove the 2021 Ascent and bought it on the spot. The Ascent made my wife and I Subaru lovers, but not if it goes EV...
