As a once loyal Subaru customer, I would have been excited to see Subaru release a new 3-row EV. However, my experience with multiple Ascent models has left me deeply disappointed. The consistent problems I’ve faced, from defective parts like the driver’s side mirror to dealer service fraud, have been compounded by Subaru of America’s poor handling of these issues. If Subaru can't even design a working mirror on a 2024 Ascent, how can we trust them with the complexities of a 3-row electric vehicle? I hope Subaru takes customer concerns seriously before diving into new ventures.
