I almost bought the Ascent a few months ago. Really was for the towing capacity (5,000 lbs.) I have already owned two Subaru Outbacks and love them, but I want to buy a camping trailer and my current capacity is only 1,500 lbs. I hope they don't discontinue it. Didn't buy it because I am waiting to see where the economy is going. Thanks for the article.
