I had a 2008 Subaru Forester. I swerved to miss a deer on highway 118 in PA. It was around 7:00 in the morning and I had just finished my night shift as a nurse. My car jumped a small ravine and ended up climbing a utility pile. The car was at about a 120 degree angle to the pole. I believe Subaru's design prevented my car from falling back on the top. I was very fortunate to have only fractured my right ankle. I have now had 4 Foresters and will not drive any other car. I.love my 2020 Forester for looks and safety.
