If it is indeed an "armored vehicle", or as claimed in marketing materials "bulletproof",
Insurance would be the last of their problems in some Canadian jurisdictions. For example in Alberta it is illegal to possess an armored vehicle unless you fit in very specific corporate categories, or are deemed by the government to be a high risk target.
Of course, I bet Tesla does the same thing they do with FSD and tell regulators one thing while advertising the opposite.
