A Cybertruck is an Experimental vehicle. Owners need to self-insure because everyone else doesn't want to help pay for that insurance with higher premiums for other vehicles. What would it cost to rebuild a cybertruck? You might as well buy a new 9ne at that point, and that is NOT what insurance is for. It's a vehicle for Mars just what Musk said.
