Just my opinion, they should have replaced or brought back the truck and if not, a loaner until work was completed. It is very unfortunate in situations like this that dealerships offer any help. I could only imagine the anger he had with driving a new vehicle for 594 miles and having problems. I’ve had my share of issues with cars and dealerships but his takes the cake. Hope everything works out for him.
