I would think with a failure like this, so early in the life of the truck, the factory would want to get that truck back so they could tear that engine down to diagnose "why?" This could be a lost opportunity for engineering to investigate a potential problem with design or put to rest Internet rumors of such by actually diagnosing a one off issue quickly and openly.
