I have a 2018 Eco boost with the 10 speed transmission 4x4 I wanted to do a 4 inch lift and 35s but after talking to other people it kills gas and performance so I opted for 2 inch leveling struts not spacers and stayed with stock 18 wheel and stock tire size truck looks great with this combo and I keep my 20 to 24 mpg
