Toyota Master, not at Bondy's Toyota did this happen. I was the shop foreman . Retired. Our free alignment check was printed out , customer got to look at it and explained the readings, if you made it to the 2nd grade, it was no problem. We did get some that would say , it pulls to the right or left. Radial pull. Most of the time it was new cheap tires. We swap them and it pulled the opposite. Diagnostic charges, only if the part was bad, after spending a hour or so trying to duplicate it. Had this one, lady kept complaining sometimes would beeb under dash. Ever time I drove it nothing. After three or four attempts. I had her drive. Yep, pulled my seat belt tight. She drove like a race car driver. Pulled it back in , there it was, The all famous progressive dongle plugged right into the DLC port. I called and they told me she was warned about her driving. Yes I had to give the number and vin. Plus dealership. I told her they would be a charge that time. She got in her truck and drove off. We let her go, I was still compensated for my time. So , not sure how things go there now. Been 3 years.
