Don't bother with anything,unless u want to hire a lawyer,no "government" agency will help you,I tried.Got screwed over + lied to at a Mt.Washington,KY dealership this year,the didn't even own the vehicle I bought.I paid 500.00 in taxes on it and they recorded the price paid as 3,000.00 at the courthouse so they could pocket most of the tax money. That was just the start of it.Buy locally, DEMAND to see the title,and have the vehicle checked out by a trusted mechanic.As for myself,done with "car dealers " they would sell their momma for a buck.
