Your remark " the should have worked out these issues already". It is ok to report about a problem that an owner is reporting about, but to make it sound that every truck has potentially the same problem is not a balanced report, we are talking here about a component failure, Tesla is using heat pumps for years and all the 3 and Y are doing just fine and maybe the one or other has a defective pump, this can happen in mass produced components, just ask your friends that have switched from a furnace to a heat pump. Keep reporting but don't feed those that dislike the truck, but never owned or even did sit in one, good reporting is unbiased.
