This is a little different but the same. My 2024 model 3 is missing rear defroster elements on the rear window. I took it in to the nearest service center, which is one and a half hours away and was told that it passed all the tests they did and that it was working properly. I was told that all model 3 have the same look. The rear defroster does not clear the areas where the grid is missing. But, according to the service advisor it is normal???? Have any other 2024 model 3 owners experienced this missing grid?
