After reading several of your articles I decided to chime in myself. First off I do enjoy your articles and as a Subaru owner wanted to comment. I own a ‘24 Outback Wilderness which I love. My initial color choice will have me getting a different one later this year as black is beautiful but impossible to keep clean for someone obsessed with cleanliness. Our family has three Subaru’s currently and in total have owned 6. Owned two Ascent’s I loved - but the mechanical challenges drove me back to the Outback. I may try the Ascent again if they come to market with the Wilderness package but as it stands I will be staying with the Outback Wilderness. No major off-roading here, love its abilities in bad weather. It’s also gets use pulling a small trailer for camping trips to Michigan, otherwise an everyday driver that suits my needs and gives me comfort in the safety aspects of driving Subaru vehicles. That’s why my wife and daughter drive the brand with enjoyment and confidence we have come to expect from Subaru!
