I bought a new 2021 Rav 4 from the dealer and loved it. Was never told about the subscription to power the navigation or the remote start or the call for help button . I was pissed when I received a notification that it would cost me to continue these features. It would have looked much better if the salesman would have mentioned that it was going to happen. Very deceptive. Needless to say, I use my iPhone for navigation and do not remote start the car.
