I bought a 2024 Rav 4. I specifically asked if I would lose navigation and was told not for 10 years. I asked about it multiple times and different ways. Same answer 10 years. Imagine my surprise when 1 year to the day navigation is gone. Getting ready to buy a new Toyota Tacoma at same dealership but not that salesman.
