I too discovered this issue. I didn’t have any problem with my Lexus. In fact, Toyota service sucks, as well as the company. And you are a disgrace as a salesperson and a liar. A business that tricks its customers into increased costs without pointing them out shouldn’t be in business. You are cheaters in the worst way. I do not trust anything Toyota.
