This whole silly conversation about Christmas lights; the city I'm in decorates its city buses with lights every year. The buses don't cause crashes or confuse anybody, and it's obviously legal. Next, tape isn't going to do anything to a car finish and if somebody wants to tape up some lights on their car, it's NOYB so enjoy the show :)
