2018 1500 Sierra shuttering started 51,000 miles, at the time I thought it was my tires but replacing them had no change. I then started blaming the roads but noticed my rpm’s having jumps at constant speed between 1500-1800 rpm . Having the system flushed and filter changed hopefully that solves the issue
