I took delivery of a 2024 Silverado in April 2024 while on a bucket list vacation trip and at 12470 miles my truck would go in reverse and only run forward in limp mode
I limped in to a dealer in Ogden Utah 2k miles away from home and was told it's valve body in the transmission we have three here waiting on parts now and parts are 3 months on back order
I traded and came home
Terrible customer service
Terrible dealer experience
No more GM for me
