All of the manufacturer's are in business to sell new vehicles. They all sell quantity over quality. I was in car business for 25 years and know this. All the cars I own or drive get oil changed and tires rotated every 4-5k miles. I also own a 2003 Honda CRV with 350,000 miles. It's cheaper to keep 'er.
