The discussion about "how many miles between oil changes" has been raging for years. I'm driving a 2024 Grand Highlander. I've read several threads about this and think 10K between changes is too much ... I've settled on 5K. I'd change my mind IF a long term research project would document that oil integrity at 10K is very close to what's seen at 5K. For now, I'm gonna do what the Service Manager at my Toyota Dealership is doing with his car... change every 5K!
