People sign contracts in 15 minutes and drive away out of pure novelty feeling. If the house power system is defective, it is the same as if the AC is not working, will you keep driving for two years ???
If so it is not Ford's fault, you got a defective vehicle ( other people are enjoying powering their houses ) and the solution is simple: Repair or replace.
But if an owner keeps enjoying the novelty the chances of getting a solution become slimmer.
