Depends on the cost. Locally, used “lemon” titled Bolts start at $9K. But low mileage, no accident, lemon, or fleet Bolts start at $13K with Premiers at $16K (‘17 to ‘20). I’d choose the later. I used to have a ‘17 Bolt Premier (bought back in 2021).

I’m considering a used Bolt again for my son. Only drawback is the DC fast charging speed. I have an ID.4 now, and while mine has been great overall (currently with 65K miles), my concern is considering a used one (due to reputation for software glitches). But 30 minutes from 5% to 80% in 30 minutes versus 1.5 hours on the Bolt is a huge deal. And ID.4 resale has dropped to under $20K now.
