Had a 2020 RAM 2500. Rode very nice, pulled well w/6.7 diesel. Thing is, it's way short on payload. The 1500lb RV tongue weight, and driver and passenger weight of 360 lbs made short work of its 2190lbs payload capacity. It was was a great truck. After 44000 miles, I upgraded to the same package in a 2024 3500 w/4400 payload capacity. Ride is more firm but, I don't sweat the payload anymore.
