Yes we purchased a 2024 Toyota Grand Highlander Hybrid. It was about 3 months before the recall. They finally got the parts to fix the issue in January! I keep my windows up all the time so okay... Well around the first of March I received another recall notice and this is for the passenger side. Now I wonder did they only fix the driver side? Is that even possible?
So I wonder if they fixed the whole thing or not and how can I find out exactly what they did? Will they actually tell me?
