I ordered a brand new 2024 grand Highlander platinum had a year and a half I have not had one problem out of the vehicle. I love my grand Highlander very impressed with the Handling safety and fuel mileage avg 30 to 36 mpg when driving it normally I have no complaints with Toyota sales team or dealership
