If you know you are in the right and the dealer is playing hard ball or taking advantage, simply tell them you will file a complaint with your State Attorney General. If they insist on playing hard ball then file the complaint. This is your right as a citizen of your state The last thing businesses want is to get a letter from the State Attorney. There's a good chance that once you tell them this they will do right by you.
