Thanks to a chip shortage, Toyota has been selling new Tundras with only one key FOB. The 2nd key program requires an appointment with any Toyota dealer so they can order the FOB to have ready to program to your vehicle. Apparently, since this is a free service that should take about 10 minutes, the manager didn't see anything unreasonable with having a customer wait 4 hours for this simple task! With standards like that, Carson City (NV) earned themselves a one star Google review!
