I was having an issue with my 2018 Colorado shuttering and shifting hard. I was told by a dealer as well as two other transmission shops that the transmission would need replacement. A friend that works at a dealer as a mechanic offered to take it for the day to do a transmission flush, he said there was no guarantee but worth a try. The cost was less than $250, two years and 40k miles later no transmission issues. I guess the point is it’s worth a try to do the flush. There are so many reported issues should be a recall?
