EVERY car manufacturer offers 100 percent refunds on lemons because of the Lemon Law. So D. A. it's not that Tesla knows that ALL the trucks are bad. There is a lengthy process the owner must go through before Tesla will give this full price rebate. So I doubt seriously if the owner is on hallucinogenics. Check your facts before you are so quick to judge.
