I think the writer has misread Jacqueline's post. I think she means charging from 30-40% to full. Like she's in that range and charging to full. This would make a 1 hour charge time about right.

Also, EA chargers more reliable than Tesla? Laughable. I'm no Fanboy but the charging infrastructure is the entire reason we bought a Tesla.
