"why would a Level 3 charger take over an hour just to go from 30% to 40%?"

What a clueless idiot writing these articles. The poster was obviously saying that she starts charging somewhere between 30 and 40%, and it takes an hour to get to "full" (80? 90? 100%? We don't know because she doesn't say.) But only an idiot would think she's saying she charges from 30 to 40%. Wow. Just wow.
