BROTHER! LiDAR gets blocked by water. if anything I would expect cameras to work better then LiDAR in that situation. (still terrible though)

not sure how RADAR would interact with rain but I think it would handle it better.

if you can only see 100 ft in front of you then you better be going under 25 mph and probably more like 10-15 mph.

what might explain the cameras having no vision is water build up on the windshield between wiper passes. with our eyes being back farther from the windshield we can see through it better but a camera that's at most a couple inches away isn't really gonna be able to.

wearing glasses that get water drops on them REALLY annoys me while I can let my windshield get a lot of water on it before it starts affecting my vision to the point I need to run the wipers
