I suggested to the Walnut Creek powers-that-be that they install civic solar panels to protect top tier parking lot cars from the heat and proved FREE EV outlets as EV owners might stay around a bit longer to shop, eat out etc.. They USED to have cracker jack analyst in city hall who showed them that tax on a car was worth more than tax on a tube of lipstick... this caused them to pause in exiling the automotive trades, but you can no longer drop off your car and walk to shopping. O! I think they have gas-powered shuttle now..Yeah, She must've moved on....
