Thanks. Merging at the last possible moment seems to be a generally east coast thing, I've noticed.

Good call on the Dakotas.

I should have done a "ignores weather, drives normally in whether sunshine or a blizzard" for all the sunbelt states. Maybe a special section of "drives normally in inclement weather in a huge 4x4 lifted five feet off the ground" and called it Utah and Nevada. :)
