Unfortunately CR doesn't really make sense a lot of time. They consistently put certain products over other of lesser quality. They defend themselves by saying the rate things as the best bang for your buck, but that doesn't always jive.

Sad to say but I never too seriously what CR does, at least not when it comes to cars and computers.
