John,

FYI: Fisker is based in Southern California. The were unable to find an experienced luxury car factory in the US that could assemble their vehicles, so they used a well-known Finish (Valmet) company that assembles cars for Porsche. But calling Fisker a European manufacturer of cars is like saying the Apple is a Chinese company.
