The news that Ford is lowering the fuel economy ratings for its 2013- and 2014-model year hybrid and plug-in hybrid vehicles, as well as most 2014-model year Fiestas, must be especially pleasing to Hyundai because of strong industry rumors that Ford ratted out Hyundai on the Sonata hybrid and other Hyundai and Kia models.

At the Busan Motor Show in Korea, which wrapped up on Sunday, Hyundai announced updates to the Grandeur, which we in the United States know as the Azera. Some of these updates could make the Azera relevant again.

Admit it, if someone asked you the question, "What is the greenest carmaker in the USA?" your first answer is probably going to be Toyota or Honda. Both have a well-deserved reputation for their green efforts but Hyundai/Kia is the most green carmaker in the U.S.A.

The Hyundai Genesis Coupe for 2015 is not going to have the four-cylinder, 2.0-liter, turbo engine, but that could be a good thing. It might finally mean V8 power for the two-door coupe.
