Subaru Outback News and Reviews

The six-generation 2020 Subaru Outback is a raised wagon that gives consumers an SUV/Crossover with standard all-wheel-drive, a raised ride height and loaded with safety technology. The new wagon was unveiled at the New York Auto Show showing customers it’s the most rugged Outback ever launched by the brand. Outback remains a “go-anywhere” all-wheel-drive vehicle for outdoor adventures.

2020 Subaru Outback Changes

The big news for the 2020 model change is the wagon gets a new XT trim and is now powered by the Ascent-sourced FA24 2.4-liter 260-horsepower, 277 lb-ft of torque four-cylinder Boxer engine under the hood.

The newly-redesigned 2020 Outback is available in Base, Premium, Limited, Touring, and three new turbo models, Onyx Edition XT, Limited XT, and Touring XT models for SUV shoppers.
