New Cybertruck images shared online show the vehicle has multiple power outlets and an air compressor. The Cybertruck features two 110-volt and one 220-volt plug. This is inline or slightly below that of the Ford - F150 Lightning & Rivian R1T.

Tesla has designed the Cybertruck to be the most capable vehicle in the world. The all-electric truck is not only more durable than competing gas trucks, but the vehicle also packs enough oomph to challenge sports cars in a quarter-mile drag race.

In the past few weeks, the Cybertruck has been on a bit of show and tell around the world where the vehicle overcomes some of the most challenging or even downright bizarre durability tests imaginable to man.

Tesla first took the Cybertruck on a 1280-mile off-road journey across the Baja Peninsula in Mexico. The stock Cybertruck was able to complete the challenging journey without any major issues.

Tesla has also been testing the Cybertruck’s exoskeleton by unloading the entire drum magazine of a Tommy gun and having Joe Rogan shoot an arrow to the side of the truck. Both weapons were unable to breach the passenger compartment.

Adding to the vehicle’s off-roading bonafide, Elon Musk has also said that the Cybertruck will have the highest ground clearance of any vehicle and that the truck will feature a new industry-leading air suspension with 14 inches of travel

All this is to say the Cybertruck is shaping up to be one capable vehicle that can withstand any environment. However, when not shattering arrowheads and embarrassing sports cars in a drag race, trucks are sometimes used as a tool to do a job.

And it’s in this respect that there are still unanswered questions regarding the Cybertruck’s capabilities. According to Tesla, the Cybertruck has a full-sized 6-foot bed so it should be okay in that front.

However, what about if you wanted to power tools at the job site or a campsite or inflate tires on construction equipment like forklifts and loaders, or power pneumatic tools like jackhammers and nail guns?

Well, thanks to a new Cybertruck image shared in the Cybertruck Owners Club, we finally have confirmation that the all-electric truck has you covered. The new picture of a Cybertruck bed shows multiple outlets that can be used for exactly this purpose.

In the picture we can see that hidden behind a plastic cap, Tesla has outfitted the Cybertruck with two 110-volt plugs, one 220-volt plug, and a plug to connect with the air compressor. This is in line with or slightly lower than the outlet selection found on the Cybertruck’s main competitors which are the Rivian R1T and Ford F-150 Lightning.

Having said that, the picture only shows one side of the Cybertruck bed which means there could be additional outlets on the other side of the vehicle bed. This is certainly exciting and means the Cybertruck will also be a great work truck.

Currently, this is all the information we’ve regarding Cybertruck’s outlet selection. However, we’ll be sure to keep you posted if we learn more information about the all-electric truck. Until then, make sure to visit our site torquenews.com/Tesla regularly for the latest updates.

So what do you think? Excited to see that the Cybertruck offers multiple outlet selections? Given its unorthodox design, do you think the Cybertruck makes sense as a work truck? Let me know your thoughts in the comments below.
