One of the most surprising introductions at the ongoing 2014 Los Angeles Auto Show is the new Rocket Mustang that was designed by Galpin Auto Sports and Henrik Fisker, with a very unique facelift to the 2015 Mustang GT and while I love almost everything about Fisker’s Rocket Mustang – I just cant love that huge grille opening.

The 2015 Chrysler 300 is currently on display at the 2014 LA Auto Show with a revised exterior, an even more luxurious interior, a new 8-speed transmission, a variety of new high tech goodies and a new super-premium trimline, but what you won’t see in the 2015 300 lineup is a high performance SRT model – at least not in the United States, anyway.

Based on the Chevrolet Corvette Stingray spread on display at the 2014 SEMA Show, it looks like there is a good change that the performance parts division could begin offering key components from the 2015 Z06, allowing Stingray owners to get some of the go-fast features of the super-Vette without laying out “Z06 money”.

Ford Racing has unveiled their first big power added for the 2015 Ford Mustang GT at the ongoing SEMA Show and with help from the folks at Roush, the new Ford Racing supercharger lifts the output of the new Mustang from 435 horsepower to over 600 horsepower – enough power to push the 2015 Mustang down the quarter mile in the 10 second range.

The first Chevrolet Corvette to be repaired after falling into the National Corvette Museum sinkhole is the 2009 Blue Devil ZR1 and as a surprise accompaniment to the highly modified new models at the 2014 SEMA Show – the good-as-new Blue Devil test car made its world debut before heading back to its home in Bowling Green Kentucky.
