We have four 2014 Silverado
We have four 2014 Silverado Trucks in our companies fleet and every one of the condensers has gone out. When we called GM they stated that this was not a common problem to which I disagreed given all our trucks AC units had gone out already. We are now starting to have the identical problem again and are being told by the dealer and GM that we will just have to replace the condenser again and there is nothing they can do since there is no recall. We have been a GM loyal company for many years and never considered any other trucks, however that all ended with their approach to our issue. Currently we are comparing new trucks for our fleet and GM is not even on our list.
