I too purchased a brand new 2018 Impreza. Looks good but is a hunk of junk.
My radio was fine until they did a complimentary update, ever since then my radio is glitching out. SOA says they will cover under warranty only. I will soon hit 36,000 where my radio will no longer be under warranty. I was told I could purchase an extention on my warranty. How about Subaru provide me with that extension for free.
Not happening. I won't buy another Subaru
