I have a 2019 outback limited with navigation. The radio and entire infotainment system has been malfunctioning since day one. The dealer tried several “software updates” to no avail. They then decided to replace the entire radio unit which also did nothing to resolve the issue. The problems are everything from intermittent buzzing on all am/fm stations to a complete loss of any volume to total shutdown of the system with no gps, clock or back up camera. As of my writing this the car has been at the dealership for 2 weeks with absolutely no communication, this all while I’m driving a loaner. It seems that neither Subaru nor the dealer have a clue what’s wrong with the car. I’m thinking I may need to go the lemon law route and never again purchase a Subaru. I’m very dismayed as I was lead to believe that Subaru was a well made car backed by a caring and responsive company. Both couldn’t be further from the truth.
