This is the 2nd time I’m getting my RAV4 painted. This time the damage is worse. Both Sunrise Toyota as well as corporate Toyota have been horrible with customer relations. Sunrise took pictures December 26th, and I still haven’t heard anything. Corporate told me to submit my concerns and they would review, but a week later they sent me a letter rejecting me and I never even submitted any paperwork.

I feel horrible selling (or pawning) it off on someone else, but I don’t want to keep this car. Toyota refused to buy the car back.
