I took the car to Toyota service department and had them take photos of all the peeling areas. I called the corporate office and went through all the hoops with a complaint. The dealership sent the photos to corporate office and corporate said this model was not covered, but if they did get to that model, they would contact me, and I explained how much of a disappointment this was as a lifelong Toyota owner. I was surprised to see the letter, it was a long wait.
