My 2010 Prius in Blizzard Pearl is having all of those issues, and every day more and more paint is peeling and bubbling. The car looks like it came from the dump. . I never even received a letter. When I called Toyota they said “Sorry. Your car is out of warranty.” I am not finished with this yet. And, sadly, I am unlikely to ever do business with Toyota again. My 50+ year old Volkswagen doesn’t even have this problem!
